Founder and Medical Director of gloMD Aesthetics and Wellness
Dr. Mindy Jacques has been a physician serving the greater Ohio area for over 15 years. She attended medical school at Wright State University and completed her residency and fellowship in Akron, OH. She has trained extensively in the field of aesthetics and has developed her technique to be comfortable and safe. She achieves natural results with little to no down time.
In 2015, Dr. Jacques’ desire to start practicing in the area of aesthetics and wellness became a reality when she moved full time into the role of attending physician at a local medical spa. Over the years she sought to apply the skills she honed as a double board certified physician to the area of aesthetics. After extensive training and several years working at a top practice in Ohio, she decided to develop a brand that represents her own values, techniques and style. Thus glo MD was born.
Dr. Jacques and her husband, also a physician, live in the Dublin/Plain City/Powell area with their four children. She is an avid runner, reader, loyal friend and always up for adventure.

Eve is a licensed practical nurse and a licensed advanced aesthetician with over 18 years of beauty and skincare experience. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and appreciates both the art and science of medical aesthetics. Working directly with patients in the medical spa and plastic surgery fields since 2012, Eve has experience treating all skin types and tones, and skincare concerns including aging, acne and discoloration.
Eve is passionate about skincare and is committed to working with you to improve your skin. She is dedicated to continually learning about the newest technology and treatments in the aesthetic industry and enjoys sharing that knowledge with her clients. When you meet with her, she will formulate your individualized skincare plan to include the best combination of products and services to make your skin look fresh and radiant. Skincare is a personalized process, and with her experience and care, Eve will guide you to a new appreciation for your skin.
In her spare time, you may find Eve at a museum, an art-related event or one of her favorite German Village hangouts. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, her three nephews and her two cats.

Aesthetician & Patient Care Advisor
Deanna wears multiple hats at glo MD as both Aesthetician and Patient Care Advisor. With her background in communication, which she studied at The Ohio State University, she seamlessly transitioned from the hospitality industry to pursue her passion for skincare and wellness. As a licensed advanced aesthetician since 2006, Deanna brings expertise and warmth to every client interaction while providing tailored recommendations to address individual client concerns. Residing in Plain City with her three children, Deanna finds joy in family moments and outdoor adventures. With her multifaceted skill set and dedication to patient well-being, she is an invaluable asset to both patients and staff at glo MD.
Patient Care Advisor
Kim and her husband, Justin, have lived in Dublin for 20 years. They have two young sons, Jackson and Camdyn. Kim attended both the University of Cincinnati and The College of Mt. St. Joseph and graduated with a double major in Marketing and Communications. After 20 years in the corporate world, where she honed her passion for helping her clients build successful campaigns, Kim transitioned her focus to her family and staying at home with her boys. Kim loves keeping busy watching her boys play sports, catching live concerts with friends, volunteering around the community and her kids’ school, and meeting new people. She is excited to be a part of the glo MD family and play a small role in helping others feel beautiful in their own skin!
Patient Care Advisor
Ashlee has a degree in International Business from The Ohio State University and has worked in life insurance sales for over 15 years. Her passion for interior design led her to start her own firm in 2021. Glo MD was her first very first design project and she was honored to help Dr. Jacques create her dream aesthetics office. Ashlee is also a skincare enthusiast who loves trying new products and procedures and has trusted her skin to Dr. Jacques and Eve for over 10 years! She is wealth of knowledge and is always willing to share her skincare experiences with our patients. Ashlee lives in the Dublin area with her husband, nephew and three dogs. In her free time she loves her Lagree workouts, reading and tending to her flower garden.
Administrative Assistant
Jeanette attended The Ohio State University and has a degree in Business Finance. Jeanette is an important part of the team as she helps keep the office running smoothly. She resides in Powell with her wonderful husband, two amazing sons and her pup, Oreo. In her free time, Jeanette loves spending time with family and friends, reading, health and fitness, and is involved with her church.
Clinical Operations & Practice Development Consultant
Kate has been in the medical field for over 12 years working in direct patient care, clinical operations, business development, practice management, compliance and procurement. She has been a licensed Occupational Therapist since 2011 when she graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Allied Health. Kate was introduced to the aesthetic industry in 2008 while working for a local aesthetics practice. She quickly grew to appreciate the artistry and talent required of the medical providers and became fascinated with the activities behind the scenes that contributed to a successful patient and provider experience. In 2019 After serving as the COO for the same aesthetics office for over four years, Kate shifted focus back to her family and staying home with her two boys – now 2 and almost 6! Kate is excited to provide glo MD with support and expertise in all areas of clinical operations and development and looking forward to working alongside Dr. Mindy Jacques and her team to provide both excellent patient care and customer experience.
Patient Care Advisor
Betsy and her husband, Todd, have enjoyed living in Dublin for the past 20 years. They have three daughters, Lauren, Anna and Lily. Betsy attended Ohio University and earned her Master’s degree in speech and language pathology. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, yoga and spending time with family and friends. We love having her on our team here at glo MD! Her welcoming smile and warm personality will make you feel at ease from the moment you walk through our door.
